Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change!

Because our workshops require upfront preparation and sometimes material costs, the following policy applies to all workshop purchases:

• More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund or a 100% credit toward a future workshop.

• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the workshop: No cash refunds are available, but you can transfer toward a future workshop, or you can transfer your booking to a friend.

• Less than 48 hours before the workshop (or no-shows): Tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable to future dates. You may, however, send someone else in your place.

If We Cancel the Workshop:

In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or severe weather, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund.
